Amy’s holistic approach explores individual biochemistry and body function to create harmony in the internal body systems.

Embracing a holistic and functional approach to nutrition and wellness, Amy recognises the synchronicity and interrelation of the body’s internal systems to create a thorough and unique therapeutic wellness plan with her clients.

Amy is particularly passionate about and furthermore has extensive experience working in the area of wholefoods nutrition, mental health and digestive health, considering these an integral part of an individual’s health and wellbeing.

Following the holistic and scientific teachings at Endeavour College of Natural Health and gaining a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine), Amy embraced the natural health world starting out in private consulting in a multi-modality clinic, before branching out to launch her own business: www.amylloydnutrition.com.au.

Running her consulting practice as part of the energic holistic space upstairs inside the Raw Kitchen building in Fremantle, Amy joins a hub of wellness, yoga, sustainable living advocacy, education and healthy eating.

In addition to private consulting, Amy thrives in community involvement, engaging in public speaking, group health presentations, corporate wellness days, school wellness days and camps, cooking workshops and other exciting ventures.

Dr. Michelle is in love with the Nervous System and the unbound expression of human life force and innate genius that becomes available when the Nervous System is naturally thriving.

Her private practice, Conscious Chiropractic, is devoted to helping individuals unlock their fullest potential by creating a baseline of ease in the body, integrating stress and trauma and supercharging the spine for the creation of an extraordinary life.

Within each of us are abundant untapped resources of vital energy, enthusiasm, peace and health. Our lives and bodies hold miracles just waiting to happen. But how do we find them? And how do we carry the work that we do during our entrainments into our lives off the table?

Through working with thousands of patients over many decades, Dr. Donald Epstein noticed predictable patterns in the ways that people move and breathe at the precise moments when they are suffering, having breakthroughs or experiencing expanded states of consciousness. Over the years, Dr. Epstein eventually categorised 12 of these unique patterns and detailed them in his book “The Twelve Stages of Healing.”

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is the set of exercises that Epstein developed to help people cultivate the skills to move more easily through each of these twelve stages of healing. The exercises help you use your breath, touch, focused movement and attention to experience your body with more awareness and presence. Through step-by-step processes, SRI helps you to find more trust in your experience, shift your state of consciousness and gather the necessary energy you will need to move forward effortlessly.

Once you learn how to do the SRI exercises, you’’ll have a powerful system for directly harnessing the internal forces of your body for easier self-healing, transformation and reorganisation. Anyone who is in physical pain, going through an illness, divorce, depression, loss of a job or loved one can benefit profoundly from SRI exercises, but SRI is not only for those who are suffering.

Most people find that regularly using the SRI exercises helps them feel more grounded, present, energised, confident and creative – allowing them to harness the otherwise untapped resources within them.
